MOMS CLUB OF DOUGLASSVILLE WEST

The MOMS Club was designed specifically to help stay-at-home mothers. We not only accept your chosen profession (staying home to raise your children), we applaud it! We understand the challenges we all face each day.

What we do!
Our chapter has monthly meetings with speakers and discussions, weekly outings for moms and their children and age-based play groups, a monthly MOMS night out, and various family parties. There is a monthly newsletter that provides helpful information for moms and keeps members posted of the month's events. We are also active in serving the community with service projects to benefit mothers and children in need in our local area. Our activities are during the day, when mothers-at-home need support. The only exception being our monthly MOMS Night Out. We believe being a mother shouldn't isolate you, so children are always welcome at our activities!

Why we do it!
This club is not just about our children; it is also about us. As a stay-at-home mom, it is difficult to meet new people and to tackle all of the tasks a mother has to do. The most important thing to remember is we are all here to support one another in any way possible. Make some new friends today!

HOW TO JOIN

Dues : Our dues are 20.00 a year and pay for our room rentals, supplies and programs. You may attend two General Meetings before you decide to become a member. We understand that being a mother-at-home often means a tight family budget, so if the dues would be a hardship for your family, please talk to one of our officers.
