An exceptional and successful club depends on everyone's participation!

In addition to the Executive Board, the MOMS Club of Douglassville utilizes coordinator positions to help create a fun and relaxed environment for our membership. This strengthens our club by allowing:Each member to be a little more involved WITHOUT having to give a lo of extra time.Other members that have taken on larger roles to cut back on some of the time they spend doing MOMS Club “work”.Certain activities to be streamlined and to make them run smoother as well as more efficiently. Each job should take NO MORE than 1-2 hours a month to complete, if even that much….some will just be a few calls or emails each month!  The following is a list of positions we have or have had in the past.  As our needs change, we add and subtract positions to suit the Club.

As coordinator, please feel free to form committees and ask for volunteers…this is EVERYONES’ Club and the more participation there is on everyone’s part, the more we can all enjoy it, and the happier all the members will be from all the involvement!

WE WOULD LIKE ONE POSITION PER MEMBER (i.e., would prefer that one member not volunteer for 2 different coordinator positions) AS A MANAGABLE, BUT VERY IMPORTANT PART OF THE CONTINUING SUCCESS OF ALL OF OUR CLUB!  The coordinator positions will be up for a new person at the same time of the Executive Board Members….every July new people will assume the coordinator positions, thus giving everyone a chance to make a difference and bring new ideas to the club!  Please consider taking the plunge and volunteering for a coordinator position!  We all thank you!  And we hope you will get a lot of satisfaction out of it too!  Book Club Coordinator:  OPEN POSITION!  WOULD YOU HELP?·         Coordinate book club meetings including location, frequency, time and date.·         Maintain a current
